Cancelling an Order

If you cancel before dispatch, you will receive a full refund.

Once an order has been dispatched, you can no longer cancel the order.

Please note this does not apply to international orders due to reasons out of our control.

Any order made from outside the UK and Ireland are non-refundable after purchase.

 

Returns Policy

​The UK/Ireland customer has the right to return products within 14 days of delivery under UK distance selling law. A refund will be issued via the same method of payment in which you purchased the items with excluding any postage you have paid.

Returns will be accepted where the items are:

• Unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unmarked

• In their original condition and original packaging

Please ensure that the fitness wear you are returning is packaged adequately to ensure that it is not damaged during return delivery to us.

Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning any item(s) to us. Any returned item(s) are your property and remain your responsibility until they reach us.

Shipping

​

We aim to ship orders within 2 days of purchase, please allow 3-5 working days to receive your item(s). P&P within the UK is £3.99. P&P outside UK and Ireland is £15. If shipping to outside UK please allow more time for your order to reach you.
